Traveling to Leticia Amazonas is an experience of a lifetime, our city is located on the banks of the Amazon River and is the entrance to the vast Amazon rainforest. The Amazon has its charms and you can feel it from the moment you arrive by plane, being able to observe the exuberant jungle that looks like a green carpet, the tributary rivers and the immense Amazon River.

In the Amazon we have two seasons, one that is high water season from January to mid June and low water season from late June to early December. The difference is the level of the Amazon River which can rise up to 15 meters flooding the jungle and creating a totally different scenario in the high water season and in the low water season beaches are formed in the middle of the Amazon River.
