Upon your arrival, we will pick you up at the airport exit holding a sign with the logo of our agency (webpage) and your name. We have an office in Leticia, where the staff are Spanish speakers, but as soon as you arrive, we can have a phone communication in case you have any questions. Native guides and translators are usually in Puerto Nariño. At our office in Leticia, we will organize your rubber boots, rain cover and payment. After all the procedure, we will have lunch and then transfer to the dock. If the plane arrives close tot he departure hour we will have lunch to go.

We offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Please note that in the Amazonas region, our variety of vegetables is limited, as most are sourced from Bogota or Peru. Despite this, we are committed to accommodating any special dietary restrictions you may have.
For the safety of our passengers, we may cancel or postpone night activities in case of heavy rain or other adverse weather conditions.
All our tours include coverage by Colasistencia, a leading insurance operator in Colombian tourism. We provide comprehensive coverage with hospitals in Puerto Nariño and Leticia. Please note that our life insurance does not cover pre-existing health conditions.
The Tour is confirm from us and we are available to take you on tour. Please be advised that we will pick you up on your arrival to Leticia to have all organize.

Remember that the residence tax in Leticia is $40,000 COP and in Puerto Nariño $20,000 COP per person.
