- When can we start a tour?
We can start tours any day. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays we have special prices - Are the tours hosted in English?
All our tours include an English-speaking translator. We also offer the option to have the tour in Spanish if preferred. - Can I pay with a card?
Yes, you can pay by card, and there’s no extra fee for card payments. If you prefer to pay in cash, you’ll receive a $50,000 COP per person discount. All payments must be made in Colombian Pesos (COP). We recommend exchanging money in Bogotá as the rates are better than in Leticia. - Can I store luggage in Leticia?
Yes, we have offices in both Leticia and Puerto Nariño where you can store your luggage. You won’t need to carry your bags during the jungle tour. In Leticia we can store your bags. - How is the accommodation?
We offer private rooms with electricity and bathrooms. We have options for families, rooms with two beds, couple rooms, and single-bed rooms. - Will you pick us up at the airport?
Yes, we offer airport pickup! We’ll pick you up whether your tour starts the same day at 2 PM or the next day at 7 AM. Our staff will be waiting for you with a sign with your name. We’ll take you to the hotel (free for central Leticia hotels) and even organize transportation to the dock the following day. - How is the food during the tours?
We accommodate all dietary preferences, including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, or other food restrictions. Our meals are based on protein options like fish, chicken, beef, or pork, or we offer vegetarian/vegan alternatives. - Are tours different in the dry season or high water season?
Our tours have different itineraries depending on the water level. From late January to early June, we can offer kayaking and navigate various tributaries. From June to December, during the dry season, we focus more on trekking activities. Both seasons offer excellent wildlife spotting opportunities.
